While maintaining your property this season, we will be invoicing once a month. We will invoice you either by email or mail, it's your choice. You will receive your invoice by the 10th of the month and payment is due no later than the 25th of that month. Please notice that we have included a return envelope for your convenience.
In the event payment is not received by the 25th, we will place a hold on your account and service will be stopped until payment is received.
Scalps and Clean-Ups:
Invoices for these one-time services will be sent after services are rendered. All future invoices will be sent on a monthly basis.
All our work is subject to Sales Tax
